Title case converter that follows AP style

A good title case converter does not just capitalize every word. This one applies AP style — “A Tale of Two Cities”, “Star Wars: A New Hope”, “State-of-the-Art Design” — and leaves deliberate capitals alone, so “how NASA landed on the moon” becomes “How NASA Landed on the Moon”, not “Nasa”. Text typed entirely in capitals is converted properly too.

How do I change text to uppercase or lowercase?

What rules does Title Case follow?
AP style, the common rule for headlines and titles: capitalize the first and last word and every word of four letters or more, and lowercase articles (a, an, the) and conjunctions and prepositions of three letters or fewer — so "The Lord of the Rings" and "Gone With the Wind". Words after a colon are capitalized, both halves of a compound like "Self-Driving", and words already written with capitals inside them, like NASA or iPhone, are left as they are. "Capitalize Every Word" capitalizes all of them.
What is Sentence case?
Sentence case capitalizes only the first letter of each sentence, plus the word "I", and lowercases everything else — the way ordinary prose is written. It is the easiest way to fix text typed with Caps Lock on. Proper nouns cannot be detected automatically, so capitalize names by hand afterwards.
What are camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case?
Naming styles for code, where spaces are not allowed. camelCase (userName) is standard for JavaScript and Java variables; PascalCase (UserName) for class names; snake_case (user_name) for Python and database columns; kebab-case (user-name) for URLs and CSS classes; CONSTANT_CASE (USER_NAME) for constants and environment variables. The converter splits words at spaces, punctuation and capital letters, so any of them converts to any other.
Can I convert a list of words or variable names at once?
